PhD Fellowship position is available at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), University of Louisville, Louisville, KY, USA, on the topic of application of control systems and system identification on biomedical problems. The fellowship position covers the cost of full tuition, stipend, and health insurance.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must have a solid background in control systems theory. Additional background on deep learning, system identification, biomedical problems and high GRE score is a plus. Applicants must hold, or be about to complete, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in ECE or related areas. Good written and oral English language skills are required as well.
Dates: Beginning in Fall 2026 (August 2026).
