The School of Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in Shenzhen, China, invites applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all levels (Assistant, Associate, Full, and Chair Professor) in the fields of Control, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence,Intelligent manufacturing and Intelligent system.

Develop and sustain a vigorous, externally funded, and internationally recognized research program.
Demonstrate excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Contribute to our transdisciplinary academic community and provide mentorship to students.

Qualifications: An internationally recognized leader with a distinguished record of scholarly achievement and significant impact in their field. Candidates should have experience as a professor or equivalent at a renowned university or research institute.
Appointment & Support: Appointment at the Chair or Full Professor level with a leading remuneration package and robust support.
- Professor / Associate Professor
Qualifications: An established scholar with a strong record of research and teaching, typically with experience as an associate professor or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate the clear potential to become a field-leading scholar.
Appointment & Support: Appointment at the Professor or Associate Professor level with a highly competitive package.
- Assistant Professor / Associate Professor
Qualifications: Outstanding early-career researchers, including those who have recently completed their PhD or are currently in postdoctoral positions, showing exceptional promise.
Appointment & Support: Appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with strong start-up support.
- Postdoctoral Fellow
Qualifications: Recently awarded a PhD, preferably under the age of 35.
Appointment & Support: A competitive postdoctoral fellowship, with eligibility for transitional housing support.
