Politecnico di Milano (Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria), in collaboration with the Robotics Leonardo Lab in Genova, is seeking a talented Ph.D. candidate. The candidate will conduct cutting-edge research in mobile robotics under the supervision of Prof. Luca Bascetta, and work alongside the Leonardo robotics vibrant R&D group, lead by Navvab Kashiri.

Safe Navigation Planning of Mobile Robots in Unstructured Environments Shared with Humans
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong academic record and research experience
- Excellent programming skills (Python, C++)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), basic Italian (a plus)
- Experience with robotics platforms (a plus)
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
