I am looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join our project on reinforcement learning and game-theoretic decision-making for multi-robot systems.
The project is sponsored by Tactical Behaviors for Autonomous Maneuver Collaborative Research Program (TBAM-CRP), DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory and Raytheon BBN.
This project is to develop fundamental decision-making and learning algorithms for multi-agent systems in adversarial interactions with asymmetric and imperfect information, with defense and security applications.
Candidates are expected to have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
control theory, optimization, deep reinforcement learning.
proficiency in ROS and Unity is preferred.
Candidates are also expected to have strong programming skills and good written and oral communication skills. Besides conducting research, the candidate will also mentor and collaborate with Ph.D. students.
This position is offered for one year and can be extended up to three years depending on satisfactory progress and can start on Jan 31, 2024 (negotiable). The position is available until it is filled.
