Dear All,
The organisation of the 2024 edition of the CEAS EuroGNC conference (Bristol, June 12th-14th) is well under way and the submission deadline is now less than 2 months away: it is time to prepare your draft papers! We also would like to point out that we are accepting proposals for special sessions: for special sessions, please contact the conference chair via e-mail (cf. Contact page).
Practical information on the conference and social programme as well as travel information (e.g. visa requirements) have been recently added on the website, cf. On Site & Travel page. In short, for participating in scientific conferences, the citizens of many countries (including EU citizens) do not require a visa. This information is purely indicative: participants must please check the official UK government requirements and keep in mind that these requirements may change.
For those of you who use Overleaf to simplify the collaborative writing of your papers, the conference paper template (see Instructions to Authors page) is now also available as a standard template on Overleaf. Simply search for EuroGNC 2024 in the Overleaf template library or use this direct link: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/ceas-eurognc-2024-template/ctppsfhshyhx.
