We are announcing one Phd student position for a project devoted to Whole-Body Interactive Mobile Manipulation at the Dept. of Automatic Control, Faculty of Engineering, Lund University, Sweden. The student will work in an exciting new project lying in the intersection of the areas of robotics and automatic control. The main objective of this project is to endow mobile manipulators with whole-body mobility and interaction functionalities using coordinated control of the mobile platform and the mounted robotic manipulator and address performance, reliability, and safety in dynamic environments.
