A postdoctoral position in the area of data-driven control for nonlinear systems is available at the Institute of Engineering and Technology, University of Groningen, The Netherlands, for a period of 12 months, extendible to another 12 months. Salary and benefits are competitive. The candidate will work under the supervision of Claudio De Persis.
Applicants should have:
a PhD degree from a well-recognized university;
an inclination for rigorous mathematical investigation with a solid background in control theory and in one or more of the following: machine learning, system identification, optimization.
