Munich University of Applied Sciences has a fully funded PhD position opening (full time, 2+2 years). You will join a small team, performing applied research in the area of industrial digitalization.
You will:
- work on data models and algorithms for AI-assisted, integrated engineering of automation systems
- pursue your PhD in collaboration with a renown university
- publish your results in scientific journals and on international conferences
- teach in our Bachelor's and Master's programs (6 hours / week)
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, EE, Automation or a related discipline
- knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Industry 4.0, knowledge-based AI, knowledge graphs, information modeling, Semantic Web
- passion for applied research and the desire to pursue a PhD degree
- very good English skills (German is an advantage, but not mandatory)
