Chalmers is recruiting two Assistant Professors within two strategic areas of the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP) a) autonomous systems, and b) software. We seek creative individuals to join Chalmers as tenure-track Assistant Professors and accelerate our quest for new knowledge and sustainability.
The positions are in the rather broad areas Autonomous systems or Software, definition can be found using the link bellow. Winning candidates can then choose at which department they want to be placed. Hence, applicants with a control background, and with a research focus which can be described as Autonomous systems or Software, are very welcome. We have ongoing research on autonomous vehicles and robots and and applicants with a focus relating to any of these areas are very welcome to connect to us already in their applications.
An attractive starting package is included in the positions. Each position includes full funding during four years, and additional funding for two PhD students and two postdoc positions.
