We cordially invite application for a full-time postdoctoral research fellow position. The successful candidate will conduct research on scientific machine learning, dynamic modeling, control, and data assimilation for complex systems with applications.
The expected qualifications include: a recent PhD degree with thesis research on dynamic systems, machine learning, estimation/control theory, mathematics or related subjects, solid mathematical skills, proficiency with programming in Matlab, Python, TensorFlow or Keras, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
The position is expected to start as early as June 2022, with the exact date negotiable. The salary will be above $60,000 per year. The appointment is for one year, with possible extension contingent on the availability of funds and research performance.
