Dear Colleagues,
We would like to inform you that the deadline of the IEEE Conference on Control Technology and Applications https://ccta2022.ieeecss.org/ has been postponed to the 22nd of February. The conference will be held in August, a month we learned to be extremely safe with regard to the pandemic.
We would also take the chance of reminding you of a new initiative starting this year to strengthen the synergy between CCTA and the IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology.
Authors of papers submitted to CCTA 2022 may have the chance to be invited to prepare an extended version of their work to be considered for publication on a Special Issue of the IEEE TCST devoted to the conference.
Prospective papers will be chosen by a Committee formed by members of the IEEE TCST Editorial Board and IEEE CCTA22 Conference OpCom. The Special Issue will follow a fast track for publication, and is expected to appear in print concurrently with CCTA2023.
We warmly invite you to submit your papers to CCTA 2022 and we look forward to meeting you either in Trieste or virtually!
