emgr – EMpirical GRamian Framework, version 5.9 has been released.
emgr computes empirical system Gramians, which provide insight into nonlinear input-output systems of
the form:
x˙ = f(x, u, p, t), y = g(x, u, p, t).
in terms of:
Reachability,
Observability,
Minimality,
Identifiability.
